The conference call for paper is seeking submissions related to the following conference topics:

All submissions must be 4 full pages, with no more than 6 authors. Submitted papers will be reviewed by at least three scholars, i.e. members of the Technical Program Committee, the invited reviewers, and the submitters of the paper might be asked to review. All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research results. All submitted papers several times along the proceedings preparation process will be checked for compliance with Academic Integrity demands. Papers that do not meet such demands, will be rejected, no matter the stage of the paper publishing.
Manuscripts should meet the format set by IEEE.

IEEE 2023 CSIT will be held in hybrid mode.
«No-show» papers will not be submitted for inclusion to any abstracting and indexing databases.
