All fees and charges of correspondent banks, or any other fees related to that payment, are at the participant’s expense.

Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status at registration. IEEE Members must provide proof of their active IEEE Membership.

Note: One author can send no more than 2 papers in total.

For participants from Ukraine, if the number of foreign authors of the article does not exceed 50%, discounts up to 95% are provided.

The following criteria will be considered:

– top reviewers featured in each track;
– IEEE Ukraine Section Membership;
– volunteering in the IEEE Ukraine Section and its subunits and events;
– employee or student of Lviv Polytechnic National University.

However, for papers with more than half foreign authors, payment of the registration fee in full size is MANDATORY.
