IEEE CSIT-2026 Call for Papers

IEEE 2026 CSIT will be held in hybrid mode.

All submissions must be 4 to 6 full pages, with no more than 5 authors. The self-citation rate is limited to 15-20%, a minimum of 70% of the reference list must consist of sources published within the past 5–6 years, it is advisable to have 3-4 references per page of paper submitted. Submitted papers will be reviewed by at least two scholars, i.e. members of the Technical Program Committee, the invited reviewers, and the paper submitters might be asked to review.

All submitted papers should follow the IEEE technical paper structure based on the IMRaD format, including the following sections: Introduction, Related Work, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.

Please note that the conference does not accept review or survey papers. Every submission must present original research results, with the Results section containing evidence such as simulations, experimental findings, mathematical proofs, or other forms of rigorous validation.

Papers must be original and not concurrently submitted to any other journal or conference. Submissions that fall outside the conference scope or fail to meet Academic Integrity standards will be desk-rejected without further discussion with the authors. Several times during the proceedings’ preparation process, all submitted papers will be checked for compliance with Academic Integrity demands. Papers that do not meet such demands, will be rejected, no matter the stage of the paper publishing.

A single individual may be listed as an author or co-author for a maximum of two papers submitted to conference and, including international workshops. At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay the participation fee and participate in the Conference.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
Emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used in a responsible manner as detailed in the next section.

Authors must comply with the guidelines on the use and disclosure of AI as specified in the IEEE Publication Services and Products Board Operations Manual:

8.2.1.B.10:

The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to an IEEE publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content.

The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy. In this case, disclosure as noted above is recommended.

Manuscripts should meet the format set by IEEE.

For participants from Ukraine, if the number of foreign authors of the article does not exceed 50%, discounts up to 95% are provided (see criteria here).

All accepted papers, which are orally presented at the conference, will be submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings for meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

English is the official language of the conference, including presenting.
